She Was Seven Of Nine!
That's Jeri Ryan On Star Trek: Voyager!
This past weekend we went comic book store shopping to pick up more recent backstock. One of the issues I kept coming across in various condition grades at one store was the Battlestar Galactica Issue #0 with a Tricia Helfer photo cover that was suitable for framing for collectors! (Click here to see that blog post with photo.) At the same time I admitted I hadn't kept up with Battlestar Galactica, although there have been several panels or programs at comic cons we have been to! However, one other sci-fi show that I did keep up with was Star Trek Voyager, which in my mind had a great addition to the series with 'Seven of Nine' played by Jeri Ryan! Matter of fact, it was because she was prominent in the early episodes of 'Shark' that I watched that show the first season it was on! The new TV Season is upon us, but once again we are getting it in bits and drabs... some shows start this week, and others like 'Pushing Daisies' premeieres on October 1st! Oh well, we have enough to blog about right now, that we won't be doing episodes reviews here this year! BTW, we don't have a TV Station here, but we do have an ongoing Comic Con and Pop Culture convention here at Make It So Marketing, what with our daily blog posts and listings of items for sale! I did enjoy watching Star Trek Voyager with Jeri Ryan as 'Seven of Nine' from 1997 - 2001... And enjoyed the Sci-Fi series even before she joined the crew of Star Trek Voyager!
