The Victoria Comic Book Sci-Fi, Fantasy and Movie Convention... is still being set up as this blog post goes 'to press'! I was asked by the Con's promoter, Bill Code, earlier in the year if I would mention this upcoming convention. I see that the con's web site, events and guest list is taking shape so I want to help publicize this new con here in my Blog! So Where Is It?

Tickets won't be going on sale until July 2009. This is just a promo blog post informing You of this upcoming Con so you can make plans to exhibit there or attend. So What's Happening There YOU could have an interest in?
They have 4 "Alpha" options for areas of activities. 1) Comic Book Industry Area
2) Generic Movie Industry Area
3) Horror Room
4) Sci Fi Room and 3 "Beta" areas. 1) Anime Rooms
2) Film Fest Finals Room
3) Gaming Rooms There will be media guests and comic book guests also. I am including just a couple of those guests in the listings below:  Erin Gray, best known for the TV Show - Buck Rogers In the 25th Century is scheduled to attend!
 Steve Lieber's works have been published by DC Comics, Marvel, Dark Horse, Image, Carus Publishing, among others. However he is currently best known as the artist of the graphic novel 'Whiteout', which is a film that Warner Brothers is releasing in 2009 starring Kate Beckinsale.
