TODAY'S FEATURE IS BLOG #3635 - In yesterday's blog I mentioned that I attended an organizational meetup on the upcoming San Diego Comic Fest 2012. While down in San Diego, I stayed and went to a new Local Comic Book Shop, (which I will blog about later), and then went to the April 2012 Semantink's Comic Savvy at 5PM! The meetup page for the April 2012 Comic Savvy is shown here. It was held at the newest location for this meetup, at the Media Arts Center of San Diego which is found at 2921 El Cajon Blvd., San Diego, CA 92104. Matt Dunford chaired the meetup, and did a fine job doing so! Attendance was a little light at this Sunday early evening meetup, but there was a couple with a child who were from Encinitas, while I was down from Carlsbad, which is even further North. The room at the Media Arts Center of San Diego was a good sized one, as seen by the two photos at the top right of this blog post. Fun was had by all who attended. Here is the link to the rest of the photos that I snapped during the meetup. If you are in the San Diego Metro Area, the Semantink's Comic Savvy is held the third Sunday of each month.
