TODAY'S FEATURETTE:

My youngest son, Vinnie, is the guest blogger today for this 'Featurette'.

He is reviewing the DVD 'The Amazing Spider-Man Creative Studio' that he picked up this past weekend. Here is his guest post:

"The Amazing Spider-Man Creative Studio is a program that lets you create your own posters, calendars, bookmarks, party kits, stationary, and comics!

You make your pages, add frames, and make your own story with pictures of Spider-Man, Electro, Sandman, Venom, Carnage, Green Goblin, Dr. Octopus, and more! There are also fun games like sudoku, where's Spidey?, memory puzzle, Spider-Man themed solitaire, and more.

I started using this and I went to the make-your-own-comic section, and at first I was a little confused, but after playing around with the controls it was like second nature.

I had no real problems or confusions, except for one thing that it pointed out how to do on the manual that gets installed as you install the program. This program is very fun as you can put your own pictures into the file it creates, and upload them to your comic! This activity kit can be fun for all ages.

Here is a sample page I started making using this program showing Spider-Man saving my dad and Stan Lee at the San Diego Comic Con:

https://makeitsomarketing.tripod.com/VinnieSPIDEY.pdf.

I'll be working on it again soon and updating it here.  In the meantime, below is a photo of the program in DVD format in case you see it."

Thanks Vinnie for testing out this DVD Program!

We'll be listing unopened copies of this DVD for sale very soon in our own http://www.ComicBookCircus.com online store, later this week for those that can't find it locally.

Talking about comics: if YOU are a comics creator, (writer, penciler, inker, colorist, letterer, etc.), OR even a Comics / Magazine Publisher, feel free to contact me regarding YOUR works for a possible mention / review!

I've made a special blog post about: "How To Best Submit YOUR Publication For Possible Review!" for those creators / publishers that would like to possibly have their publications mentioned or reviewed, which could either be published in the 'Main Feature' or 'Featurette' sections.
