TODAY'S FEATURE - Blog #3537: This past weekend, Tina and I attended the 3rd Annual Long Beach Comic Con... Which 'added' the word 'Horror' to its name, making it the 'Long Beach Comic & Horror Con'. We both enjoyed attending this convention, and felt that the name change was fitting, as this con keeps taking place during the Halloween season! (Note: Here's my review blog on the 2011 con.) Today is October 31st of 2011... And it is time for Halloween! Besides getting interested in it by attending the Long Beach Comic & Horror Con, and seeing the attempt for the largest attended Zombie Walk ever, which took place at the same Long Beach Convention Center where the con was located, I'm also looking forward to the upcoming weekend, where I will see 'Elvira' for the 'last time' in costume. This will take place at the 1st ever ComiKaze Expo at the Los Angeles Convention Center! (NOTE: Here's the link to my Halloween of 2009 archived blog post on Elvira, "What's Halloween WITHOUT Elvira?!") Okay... Enough of the 'commercials' for the cons! Where's the comic book covers guaranteed to get YOU in the mood for Halloween??!! Here's a few from the past... The recent past, and the far far away past for several of you readers out there!
