SPOILER ALERT!
Heroes Season 3 Sneak Peek Continued! From The SDCC Comic Con International 2008! SPOILER ALERT! Don't Read If You Don't Want To Know! (Note: From Michael - We watched the Olympics on NBC last night. NBC kept plugging their upcoming season of their Heroes TV Show with several scenes that we previewed earlier at the Con, so I thought I'd repost this blog post from Tina from earlier in the week as some of the scenes have now been shown on TV, giving some of the 1st episode away already before it airs....) As I told you yesterday, Michael and I along with 6500 loyal 'Heroes' fans were treated to a surprise showing of the entire Season 3 premiere episode at Comic Con. Yes, we found out who shot Nathan. And, yes, sadly Nathan does die. But, heh this is Heroes, - give it a minute. For those of you who love Hiro (as Michael and I do), there's plenty of Hiro to come. And, his relationship with Ando takes an interesting turn. (No, not that kind of a turn!) Sylar is back and as sneaky, scary and sexy (if the squeals in Hall H were any indication) as ever. He opens the season stalking Claire. It's creepy, violent and shocking -- We get to find out just what the heck he does when he opens those skulls! If you're squeamish - don't look! But, then again, if you're squeamish you're probably not watching this show! For you guys with cheerleader fantasies, don't despair, Claire just can't die. And, til you see future-Claire. She's bad ass! Mohinder gives us another boring "but don't you see" scientific explanation for what's happening to the Heroes. Then he does something rather out of character for him, but great for the show. Be sure to tape the episode so you can freeze frame the symbol in the last scene. You'll want to study it. Cristine Rose joins the main cast as Angela Petrelli (Nathan and Peter's mom). Yes, I know she's been on the show, but this season, she's been elevated to main cast so expect a whole lot more of the history of the Heroes and their abilities. Think: sins of the father. If you're looking for a lot of Ali Larter, you won't find it in this episode The lovely Matt Parkman is back and as usual gets screwed ending up in the middle of nowhere. That guy never seems to catch a break. H.R.G. is still chained to his desk so to speak, but he gets some interesting new company. Wondering what Peter is up to? Besides shooting his brother? (I promised I'd tell you who shot Nathan, didn't I?) We loved it. We think you will too. There's plenty of action, lots of cool reveals and new plot twists to confuse you! See for yourself on September 22! Tina! BTW... We also have an ongoing Comic Con and Pop Culture convention here at Make It So Marketing, what with our daily blog posts and listings of items for sale! Thanks for reading this post today and please join us again! Michael | Jeph Loeb started off the the 'Heroes' TV Show Panel / Program on Saturday Morning in Hall H at the 2008 SDCC Comic Con ! Jeph then started having the cast come in... The cast came in as groups and sat down after waving to the crowd and several of them, (including 'Parkman'), were taking the audience's pictures. Everyone was there! The above photo shows just a few of the cast standing as they were waiting for others to come in. There were so many of the cast at the Heroes Comic Con panel you had to a take more than one photo to get them all in the shot! If you haven't guessed it by now... 'Hiro' is Michael's 'favorite' Hero of the the TV Show. Here is 'Hiro' acting up as usual at the panel... He has always done so at each year's Comic Con! There were Q & A after the premiere episode was shown. Tina and I have nothing but praise for this Heroes Comic Con panel! If the rest of the season is as good as the premiere episode then we are in for a heck of a ride this season!
