What Do You Get When You Combine Westerns With Romance?

Cowgirl Romances!

Comic Book Publishers are always quick to pick up on trends!

The western was a popular genre for comics, and then romance comics became 'hot' overnight!

It was just a matter of time before some publisher put out a comic like this one!

However it was only a one shot publication from Marvel Comics as Fiction House Comics put out a 'Cowgirl Romances' comic book of its' own during the same month in January 1950!

Today the Marvel version is worth $250 in NM grade while the Fiction House version is $225 in NM!

Thanks for reading this popular culture - comics - comic books blog post!
