Elvira is known as a popular hostess for Halloween, but she also has been a popular comic book character for several years!

She starred in 'Elvira's House Of Mystery' for DC Comics, and then received her own series from Claypool Comics, 'Elvira Mistress of the Dark'!

Her funny sense of humour translates well to the comics format if you have never seen an issue!

Gary Friedrich, who created the motorcycle version of the Ghost Rider will be at the Monster Con on Saturday, October 6th, 2007 !

Monster Con is held at Salisbury Civic Center in North Carolina.

Please Note: We have not been at this Convention before, so cannot personally recommend it, but for you fans near that location, this should be a good day of fun! Check their busy activity schedule!

Additionally, Peter 'Chewbacca' Mayhew of Star Wars Trilogy fame will be there in person!
