No Longer Dazzling...

The Dazzler?

I have blogged about the possibility of The Dazzler being in a theatrical film back in the year 2007...

Jessica Biel was first being considered for The Dazzler role, then she was considered for the Wonder Woman role in that same named film...

As of today there hasn't been any new info on this once considered film project.

So at times like these... this is the best time for speculators to buy when listings are cheap!

I still remember when Bronze Age HoRRoR titles were in the quarter bin... and you may know how those purchases would have turned out!

Then again... would a disco superhero ever make it in today's world??? 

They say everything goes in 20 year cycles, so maybe The Dazzler is soon to hit the Big Time again???!!  LOL!

Regular Readers of our Blog know that I check our Blog Stats daily!

Today once again it is Carolyn Jones day to be 'Hot' because today her archived blog post of 06-02-07 is reaching 26% of our blog viewership right now!

That is unbelievable to me! Of 2,500 archived blog posts that is the 'Hottest' Topic? I really wonder what is going on to make that blog so popular today??!!

Carolyn passed away several years ago, but not before she played:

The Mother of Wonder Woman, Morticia Adams  of 'The Adams Family, The love interest in Elvis Presley's 'King Creole' and 'Marsha Queen of Diamonds' in the 1960's Batman TV Show among other things!

So Why Isn't Lois Lane....

On the Smallville TV Show a Big Hit In our Archived Blog Posts??

Probably because we've never blogged about her!

Erica Durance hasn't had the publicity in either the show, web sites or other blogs to match the searches for Laura Vandervoort who plays Kara / Supergirl on the same show...

So to correct that situation, I am posting a pic of Erica at the top right!

Erica is Canadian born, on June 21, 1978 and broke into TV on the Chris Isaak show. She went on to other shows including Stargate SG-1 before becoming a regular guest star on the Smallville show in its' 4th season.

She became a regular cast member the 5th thru the current 7th season of Smallville.

Erica has also played in a few theatrical films including 'House of the Dead' and 'The Butterfly Effect 2'.

Regular blog readers will know that I have enjoyed Teri Hatcher as Lois Lane, but we'll give Erica a plug here now!

They Are Truly Femme Fatales!

Nowadays the word 'Superstar' is WAY overused!  However 'Femme Fatale' still isn't! The best authority I know on a 'Femme Fatale' is 'Femme Fatales'.

'Femme Fatales' is a magazine that celebrates the women of film, television and pop culture!  It prints in depth articles with more sexy photos per page than any magazine of its kind on the market today.

With Jackie Chan AND Jet Li!   

Friday, April 18th will be the release date for Jackie Chan's next movie!

Also headlining with Jackie is Jet Li!

The film is about an American teen who travels back to ancient China to join a crew of warriors who are on a quest to free the imprisoned 'Monkey King'!

Say What???!!!

We have watched 'The Myth', one of Jackie's recent films and this sounds like a similar time travel pic.

However it is Jackie and with Jet Li, it's gotta be at least watchable... if not good!
