Jason Statham The Next Marvel Comics Film Superhero?
We have blogged here that a Namor the Sub-Mariner Movie Film was in the works... There wasn't any discussion of it at the Marvel Comics Programs we attended at the SDCC 2007... So info is coming out in bits and pieces! Recently it was noted that Jason Statham was being considered for the title role... He has mentioned that he is not for sure if he was right for the role... as it involves wearing a speedo and possbily the ankle wings as shown in the comics. So, I've dug up a photo of him so you gals can imagine him as such... LOL! Jason, who is more known for his 'Transporter' Film roles, would definitely be interested in a 'Crow' sequel, so we'll see how far the Sub-Mariner talks go!
