Update On Beatles Comic Book!
Yesterday we had an email from an eBayer who had a comic book like the one to the right that they wanted to know the value of! Since our 2,000+ archived blog posts are listed on search engines and blog directories, we are easy to find. And we don't mind answering questions! This eBayer had a copy of the Dell Beatles Comic Book with all the posters intact and wanted to know the 'value' of it. Without seeing a scan of the actual item it is hard to know, but I pointed out to them the completed listings on eBay to see what the comic has recently sold for. As a matter of fact, one copy was sold by a fellow dealer friend of ours close by in San Marcos, California for $77.64, while another copy was recently sold for $53.77! So, this morning we received another email from that eBayer 'maddoxn' who has listed it on auction for three days with NO Reserve! The item listing number is: 140226676443, and is currently at the bid price of $1.00! Please note: We are not affiliated with this eBayer, nor have we seen the actual comic book. Just that at a $1.00 opening bid plus a fair amount for a shipping charge, it is a good deal for a Beatles fan!
