Raquel & Superman.... How Did I Miss That ?!!

Oooops! One of my favorite actresses, Raquel Welch, was a guest star on the second season of "Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman"! She was a Trash TV Host in an episode named 'Top Copy!

How did I ever miss that episode??? Yeah, I basically watched for Teri Hatcher.... but I must have been sleeping when Raquel's ep came on !!!

It is so cool that more and more DVD collections are coming out on old TV Shows now! And that we can buy them on eBay (or rent them elsewhere)!

If you were a fan of Lois and Clark, or the old Superman TV show from the 1950's like I was, you could check out our Superman comic books in our eBay Featured Comic Book Store for more great reading and/or collecting! Sorry, but I will be looking for this DVD collection for myself, LOL !

Last night we finished watching another movie on DVD, which when we added it to our eBay 'Reviews' Section on 'MyWorld', put us up to 308 total reviews on movies and books!

Of course since our 'niche' is 'pop culture' we have seen many science fiction movies, old monster mvoies, 'comic book movies' and other esoteric movies and have posted our thoughts on them in our reviews.

Currently we have 224 DVDs reviewed, plus 15 VHS, 7 Music CDs, and 62 books.

Some of the 'sci-fi movies' we have recently reviewed are: 'The Island' (see movie poster top right), Deja Vu, The Fountain, Children of Men, Star Trek Generations, Timeline, and Aeon Flux!

Among the 'comic book' movies & TV shows we have reviewed are: Supergirl, Tomb Raider, Barb Wire , Elektra, the Rocketeer, X-Men I II & III, Spider-Man I & II, Fantastic Four I, Wonder Woman, Quantum Leap, the Flash, Incredible Hulk, Konga, Catwoman, Blade, Swamp Thing, Daredevil, Red Sonja, Conan the Barbarian, and many more !

It's Out Today !!

It's Out Today!!

And Already Our Local Video Store Is Almost Out of Stock For Rentals!

Definitely talking about the new 'GHOST RIDER' DVD that was just released today!!
The DVD is being distributed as an 'Extended Cut' DVD, where scenes deleted from the movie are added!
It is NOT a 'Director's Cut'. The director, Mark Steven Johnson, believes the released theatrical version is a better paced movie, but this one has additional background material added.
We reviewed this movie in an earlier blog post after it was released and will let you know what we think of the additional BONUS FEATURES after we view them all!
By the way, we currently have 221 DVDs reviewed, plus 15 VHS, 7 CDs, and 62 books in our eBay Reviews Section!
Almost all of them are pop culture flicks or books, except for the occasional 'chick flick' that Tina slips in our DVD stack!!
