Why?

Because those of you that saw the Spider-Man Movie Trilogy have already seen his alter-ego...

He is J. Jonah Jameson's astronaut son who after a space voyage, was affected and later becomes the Man-Wolf in the Comics!

Will he become one in the movies? Only Time and the Director(s) will tell...but Man-Wolf, and the Lizard (Dr Connors in the films) are being speculated upon right now!

Licensed TV and Movie Properties have been a 'big deal' to comic book publishers for many decades!

A popular series during the 'Planet of The Apes' movies years was this comic book title!

It was published from October 1975 until December 1976 when it ended with issue #11.

Other publishers have printed 'Apes' comics, but this is my favorite series!

Martial art movie master Ric Meyers is back with his annual clip fest of the wildest, craziest, funniest, and most amazing live Asian action you've ever laid your lacerated eye orbs on.

As always, get ready to laugh, gasp, cheer, and maybe even grab a freebie or two.

Last year was SRO, so don't miss out on the fun!

Gotta Tell Ya: I have been to all of these, and Tina has attended just a few... The night is either Great or Realllly Bad ! Ric gets into themes with these programs and either you like the theme and stay all night, or groan after a while and leave!

11-01-07 Well, it's a little late in coming... but I gotta tell you that you have to take this program in when you attend the Con in San Diego!
I'm getting a little older, so just can't hang out as long as I used to, but you gotta see at least part of this long program to see what is happening in this genre! And here are the pics I promised from the program (top left).

Are You Aware There is A 'SIG' in eBay Groups For Parakeet Lovers?

A 'SIG' is a 'Special Interest Group' and there is one for Parakeet Lovers that I just became aware of!

I just joined it, it has only 16 members thus far, but wanted to bring awareness of this eBay SIG to bloggers. It is for Parakeets and ONLY Parakeets Lovers/Owners.

For those that read our blog posts you may know that I have previously posted about the comic book cover to the top left that features talking parakeets!

Since we are the proud owners of the smartest parakeet I've ever had, this comic book cover is hilarious to us!!

Tina can't stop laughing whenever she see it in back issues bins, and usually a copy or two ends up in our 'buy' stack. Funny thing is, we've sold multiple copies of this comic to parakeet lovers over the years!!

'Nuts'

Was the Fighting Word Used In the Season Finale of Last Season's Jericho!

When Asked If the Town of Jericho would surrender to outside forces, 'Nuts' was the word to say 'No'!

And... fans used real 'Nuts' to besiege the Network into bringing back the TV Show Jericho this year! Pounds and pounds of 'Nuts' were sent to CBS!

Due to the delivery of all those 'Nuts', Jericho, the TV Show was renewed, and the cast and crew gratefully thanked the audience at the San Diego Comic Con for helping get renewed!

Our blog post on the Season Finale keeps getting viewed on a regular basis, which leads me to believe that the viewers are getting antsy to watch the upcoming season!

Unfortunately we have a ways to go before it come back on... January 2008!

Hang in there! We'll be blogging about it again shortly!
