Reed Richards Bugs the Heck Out of Me!
I don't know why, but just the sight of Reed Richards (Mr. Fantastic of the Fantastic Four) annoys me no end. I can't stand him. I don't know if it's his horrible haircut, his boring personality or his long-winded speeches - okay it's probably all of that. He's so annoying that you really have to wonder what in the world Sue sees in him. She must be able to see the invisible in addition to being invisible. What were Stan Lee and Jack Kirby thinking when they created him? "Oh, let's make a hero everyone can hate!"? Ioan Gruffud plays him to perfection in the FF movies. I can say this because I love him as an actor, having seen him in "Horatio Hornblower" and "Amazing Grace." But in the FF movies - he bugs the heck out of me! Why am I venting on this today? I just spent several hours listing dozens of Fantastic Four comics in our eBay store - and I'm just sick of looking at Reed Richards! Tina! For those of you new to us, we have an ongoing Pop Culture - Comic Con here at Make It So Marketing, what with our daily blog posts and listings of items for sale! Please visit our blog again! Michael (Who doesn't feel the same way about Reed... LOL!) | Tina says that Ioan Gruffud brings Mister Fantastic's annoying qualities to life in the two Fantastic Four Films!
Note From Make It So Marketing: Each comic - manga - Graphic Novels - comics book or magazine in our eBay Featured Store is individually graded, inventoried, priced, bagged and boarded, before being listed for sale! We attend several Pop Culture and Comic Cons during the year to replenish our inventory for resale! If you don't see what you are looking for, feel free to email us a 'want list' and if in stock, we'll place it in our eBay Featured Store just for you!
